New Member Registration Packets for students who have completed 7th grade as well as any current high school student are available in the Membership Forms folder on the downloads page. New Member dues can be paid HERE.
Membership Renewal Packets 2024-2025 are also available in the Membership Forms folder on the downloads page. Renewal dues can be paid HERE.
Payments for all other CYO items other than dues (event fees, athletic fees, etc.) can be paid HERE.
